This is the first September 11 since '01 that I haven't been in New York, the first that I haven't attended a memorial. Odd, but I suppose things do change.

Pre

I've been interested Palm's Pre since it was announced. Bold move, creating a new mobile OS, and a great team designing it and the new hardware. Inexplicably, Palm chose to partner with Sprint as the exclusive U.S. carrier.

I (finally) played with a Pre for a while this weekend. What a great little phone! Palm is absolutely insane to 1) stick with Sprint and its loser network and 2) not have a GSM version out. I'd gladly pay full price for an unlocked GMS Pre.
