I was having so much fun yesterday at work that I forgot to mention this terribly important event: section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley legislation went into effect.

Remember, Sarbanes-Oxley covers things with a "material effect" on financial statements. It isn't a consulting full-employment act.
