What a strange picture, though I'd be at a complete loss to say why.

He was kind of weird. He made an entrance on a bicycle, trying for a dramatic dismount.

Unfortunately, all that orange fabric got tangled and wrapped around the rear wheel. He did sort of half a dismount, cursed, and started tearing the fabric from the wheel.

An NPR reporter was there recording. He might have got some of the dismount.
