I just dumped about 150 empty CD cases down my trash compactor's chute.
It made a mighty crunching sound.
I imagine that a CD case eating monster would make similar noises.

I'm in the middle of taking my CDs and their inserts out of their cases and putting them into one of those telephone-book sized CD cases. I just filled a book with artists A through C. I'm going to need some more cases.
