No shit, Mr. President. After Katrina, we really get that there will be no coordinated federal response. Given recent performance, I expect nothing but ineptitude and chaos from the federal government, should we have a serious influenza epidemic. But it would give us a chance to see if you have done as well with the CDC as you have with FEMA.
