Cleanup

This weekend I conducted a big address book cleanup, attempting to eliminate duplicates and stale entries as well as to consolidate one address book between two computers, GMail, and three mobile phones.

There is a chance that I inadvertently deleted someone or dropped off an IM buddy list (particularly on troublesome services like Google Talk).  If that is the case, let me know.
