It's like watching two different wars.

Bug

It seems there is a nasty bug affecting MacBooks / MacBook Pros. Something related to the wireless card driver when the card is looking for networks.

None of the articles mention how to remediate. No mention of whether or not configuring only "preferred" networks stops the broadcasting.

Also, I'm assuming this only affects the Intel wireless chips in the MacBooks; that it is a driver issue rather than an OS issue.

Production peaked in 1979, when 107,000 units were produced and sold, but the rapid spread of minilabs and improvements in the service provided by the imaging sector caused a gradual drop-off in production from 1982 onwards.
